Created a new table for Appt Tracking - including, therapist id, therapist name, and scheduling link. Table serves as an audit trail for every conversion.
 
Process Changes
1) Modify the Therapist Detail Dynamic page to save the following data in the brower - therapist id, name, schedule URL.
2) Modify the Get Started with Therapy page to retrieve the data saved in the brower for the specific therapist
3) Changed the Button on the Get Started with Therapy page to take the following actions on click - create a new row in the Appt Tracking Table and auto load the scheduling page for that therapist.
 
Tested all changes and pages.
